Participants will develop the skills to identify risk indicators, navigate relevant legislation, and follow appropriate reporting procedures.
The course offers practical guidance on implementing safeguarding measures, managing challenging situations, and promoting best practices to protect both passengers and drivers, ensuring a safe and professional environment on buses.
